Where we ship

Every portrait is printed on demand by a production partner close to you, which keeps transit times short and cuts the distance your order travels. We ship prints to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and every EU country: places where your order never has to clear customs on its way to you. Everywhere else, the digital download is available: it arrives in minutes and crosses no border.

What shipping costs

United States: flat $8.95. Free on orders over $99.
Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU: flat $19.95. Free on orders over $149.
Digital downloads: always free. There is nothing to ship.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

When it arrives

Your artwork is already approved by the time you check out, so there is nothing to wait on before production starts. Each piece is then made to order.

Typical total time from order to doorstep, including production:

United States: about 4 to 7 days for posters, and about 7 to 11 days for canvas, framed canvas, and metal frames.
Europe and the UK: about 4 to 7 days.
Canada and Australia: usually 1 to 3 weeks. We print as close to you as we can, but carrier times there vary more than the figures above.
Digital downloads: immediate.

These are estimates from our production partner, not guarantees. Peak seasons, customs checks, remote delivery addresses, and carrier delays can all add time. We would rather quote you an honest range than a flattering one, so if you are ordering for a birthday or a holiday, give it room.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not moved in several days, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

We print at the production partner closest to you, and we only ship prints to countries where import duties are prepaid before your parcel travels. That means no customs bill, no calls from the courier, and no surprise charge at the door. We will not mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value, and we do not need to.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We print and ship to the address you give us. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately: we can usually fix it before production starts, but once a parcel is on its way we cannot reroute it, and a re-ship to a corrected address is a new order.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost, see our Refund Policy. We reprint or refund. You are not out of pocket for a carrier's mistake.
