Shipping and delivery
Every portrait is printed to order and ships within 3 to 5 business days, to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU. US shipping is a flat $8.95 and free over $99; international is a flat $19.95 and free over $149. Digital downloads are always free. Posters arrive rolled in a protective tube, and framed prints and canvases arrive ready to hang.
Returns and guarantee
Because you approve the exact artwork before we print it, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Our guarantee covers defects only: if your print arrives damaged or the quality is not what you approved, send us a photo and we will reprint it free or refund you in full.
